China Huamao, was founded in 1989 originally as China automobile trading corporation, Guangzhou company, which was directly supervised by SASAC, a large-scale state-owned firms. In Feb, 2017, the company’s name was adjusted as China Huamao Industrial Economic Co., Ltd. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Industry Newspaper Office, the registered capital of Huamao is 1.65billon yuan, and headquartered in Beijing.
During the initial stage of establishment, the company specialized in cars, motorcycles and related accessories’ operation. Taking the promotion of automobile industry as its own duty; and insisting “Customer-oriented service, Production service, the Improvement of the management and Invigoration the circulation” for the purpose. Owing to the good management, the company’s businesses cover north China, northeast, east China, south-central China, southwest. To actively respond to the call of “Promote the diversification of state-owned enterprises’ property rights and ensuring the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets”, we reformed and became a limited-liability company in 2002. On this basis, we integrated assets, optimized business configuration and enlarged business scope, thus achieving company’s steady development.
At present, the company has formed Modern Corporate Governance Institution which is composed of board of directors, board of supervisors and management structure level.
